1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Bilimgram ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our education center management platform, including our web application, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including educational institution administrators, staff, teachers, students, and parents or guardians who access student information through the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bilimgram is an education center management platform that provides tools and services for educational institutions to manage their operations, including but not limited to:
- Student enrollment and records management
- Attendance tracking and reporting
- Course and curriculum management
- Teacher and staff management
- Financial management and payment processing
- Testing and assessment tools
- Communication tools between institutions, teachers, students, and parents
- Analytics and reporting dashboards
- Marketing management tools
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Organizational Accounts
Educational institutions may create organizational accounts and invite staff, teachers, and other users to join. The institution administrator is responsible for managing user access and ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.
3.3 Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. Student accounts for users under 16 must be created and managed by the educational institution with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Plans
We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and limits. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service, or your account may be limited or suspended.
4.3 Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring timely payment.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you may request export of your data within 30 days before it is deleted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate educational institution management.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to access the Service without our express written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.
6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of Your Data within 30 days of termination. After this period, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BILIMGRAM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bilimgram and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
