Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your Bilimgram account and all associated data. Please review the information below before submitting your request.
How to Request Account Deletion

Send a deletion request
Send an email to contact@bilimgram.uz with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Alternatively, contact us via Telegram (@bilimgram_Support).

Verify your identity
Include the phone number or email address associated with your Bilimgram account so we can verify your identity and locate your account.

Receive confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and inform you of the expected timeline.

Account is deleted
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request being verified.
What Happens to Your Data
Permanently Deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Personal information (name, phone, email, photo)
- User preferences and settings
- Posts, comments, and uploaded content
- Device tokens and push notification data
Retained for a Limited Period
- Payment & financial records — retained for up to 1 year as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Anonymized attendance & academic data — may be retained in aggregate, non-identifiable form for institutional reporting purposes
- Security logs — retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to all data associated with your account.
- If your account is managed by an educational institution (e.g., as a student or staff member), the institution administrator may also process your deletion request.
