Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of specific data from your Bilimgram account without closing your account. This gives you control over what information we retain.
How to Request Data Deletion

Choose the data you want deleted
Review the data categories below to identify which types of data you want us to remove.

Send a deletion request
Send an email to contact@bilimgram.uz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", specifying which data categories you want removed. Alternatively, contact us via Telegram (@bilimgram_Support).

Identity verification
Include the phone number or email address associated with your account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data is deleted
Eligible data will be deleted within 30 days of verification. We will notify you once the deletion is complete.
Data Categories

| Posts & Content Posts, comments, and uploaded files you created | Yes | Content will be permanently removed from the platform. |
| Attendance Records Your attendance history across courses and groups | Yes | May be retained in anonymized form for institutional reporting. |
| Test Results & Grades Scores, grades, and academic performance data | Yes | May be retained in anonymized form for institutional reporting. |
| Payment Records Payment history, transaction records, receipts | Limited | Retained for up to 1 year as required by tax and accounting regulations. |
| Device & Usage Data Device tokens, push notification preferences, usage analytics | Yes | Deleted immediately upon request. |
| Security Logs Login history, IP addresses, access logs | Limited | Retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention purposes. |
Retention Periods
- Deletable data: Permanently removed within 30 days of a verified request.
- Payment & financial records: Retained for up to 1 year after account activity, as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations. Deleted after the retention period expires.
- Security logs: Automatically purged after 90 days. Cannot be deleted earlier due to security requirements.
- Anonymized data: Aggregate, non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and reporting purposes. This data cannot be traced back to you.
